Seasonal Greetings,

A few days ago I join a private function here in Manila for a Birthday Celebration for a Very Good Firend that I have.

From the first moment when I walk inside the house a very nice food smell wrap my noise and I was very suprised!!!

Later when the buffet was served I see a mix of Local and International Food in the wood counter with nice elegant decoration ( small vegeteables flowers was all around with different colours) 

For Carving was an Excellent piece of Prime Rib and was cooked on Perfect Medium, with nice red wine garvy on the side.

On the buffet counter they had a unique dish Lamb Kaldereta, Grilled Whole Tuna Marinated with fresh Herbs and Calamansi Olive oil Dressing, Tartuffo Penne, Roasted lemon Patatoes, Chicken Gordon Blue, and Pork with mushrooms and brocolli!!!! 

One the salad Station they had Greek Salad with original Greek Feta Cheese and Ceasor Salad with some unique croutons!!!!

The most nice cold dish was the international cheese and Cold cuts selection!!!!

On the desserts I see very cute small eclairs and nice choco mousse with fresh strawberries!!! and Some great Crepes with Mango!!!

The food was delicious in proper temprature and all the food flavors was explosed inside your Mouth!!!!!!

I ask my firends Who was the Chef of this delicious Meal.........

So he introduce me to the manager on the Athenas Trading & Caterings and I congratulate them for this excellent JOB!!!!
