Born in Athens 1975, 

B.A. degree from McGill University, Canada Montreal. From 1992 until 1996 "Art of Cooking and F&B cost" (is double ba degree on the same years).

Certification from A.C.F "American Culinary Federation" as Executive Chef 2006.

Accredited from USPH (united states public health) for all the rules and regulation of  HACCP and to implement the rules and regulation of the USPH.
Seminar for 2 weeks from the USPH 2011
Seminar for "Team Building" "Establish your Goals", "Train the Trainers" University of Athens from 2006 until 2009.
Seminars in "Meat, Fish & Vegetables Grilled items" from American Culinary Federation, september2005.

Executive  Chef for Celebrity Cruises from 2004 until 2007 and from 2009 until 2012 (Celebrity cruise have been voted from all the travel agents in USA as the Most Luxury Cruise Line and voted as the "BEST FOOD & SERVICE COMPANY for the years 2009-2010-2011.)  Celebrity Cruise is Carry on Board the Famous restaurants "Murano" speciality Restaurants equal to 3 Michelin star with very high standards in Classic Cuisine, with fusion presentations.

Executive chef Consultant (organize the menus re-fresh the menu, creating food cost target training cooks & service crew, to standard procedures creating HACCP) from 2007 until 2009.
